JP Consultants Institute has provided Clinical and Practice Management consulting since 1979. Their unique "Consulting Team" approach contributes to their success as recognized leaders and authorities for "Hygiene Department Success."

The co-founders, Jan Lazarus, RDH and Peggy Sprague, RDH, have lectured at National and State Meetings, Universities, Societies, and are authors published monthly. They are the full time directors of the Dental Hygiene and Team Programs for the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. They are on the editorial board for Dental Teamwork and participate at the USC School of Dentistry as part time faculty. They are also contributing editors for the Journal of the California Dental Association.

Their own first-hand experience of building, managing and refining a successful, profitable business gives them a valuable perspective to assist their clients to achieve their goals! In addition to their lectures and workshops, they have hands-on implemented their curriculum in over 2000 practices.
